The starting point
Axidian makes software for life-insurance agencies in the USA. Agencies were juggling recruiting, onboarding, sales and commissions across spreadsheets and separate tools.
The platform had to work for everyone from the agency owner to a new recruiter, and each agency had to see only its own data.
What we built
- A recruiting pipeline, with onboarding and training trackers.
- Production and commission tracking, with a leaderboard.
- A client vault and follow-ups, so no policy is forgotten.
- Texting, calling and one shared inbox for conversations.
- Calendar booking with confirmations and reminders.
- Five roles, from agency owner to recruiter, each with its own view.
- Each agency sees only its own data.
- Subscriptions and billing through Stripe.
The result
One platform now replaces the spreadsheets and separate tools, with 52 screens across 5 roles, and it is live at axidian.co.
