The starting point

Dubai Property Expo, run by Sydney-based Bright Realty International, holds property investment expos in Australia, the UK, India, Canada, Pakistan and the USA, with a website for each event. There were 19 separate WordPress sites, each edited through a theme builder and plugins, with no version control and no verified backups.

One site had 6,292 hidden gambling spam pages, listed in its own sitemap, and the event structured data was broken on every homepage.

What we built

One Laravel system running all 19 sites, each with its own database, on the existing domains.
Importers that brought over content, expo cards, posts and images, keeping the original URLs and SEO titles.
An admin for hero text, expo dates, cities and venues, developer logos, team and testimonials.
A blog with drafts, scheduled posts and previews.

SEO controls for every page: titles, share images, canonical links, structured data and a sitemap for each site.
A built-in registration form in place of a third-party embed.
Admin and editor roles, with author profiles.
Verified backups before each switch, and deploys that can be rolled back.

The result

All 19 sites were live on the new system by 31 August 2026, every one of the 6,292 spam addresses now returns “not found”, and the team edits dates, venues and articles from one admin.
